Biographie
Julien GROSJEAN est biologiste/bioinformaticien de formation et s’est spécialisé dans l’informatique médicale à partir de 2009 en rejoignant l’équipe d’Informatique BioMédicale du CHU de Rouen. Titulaire d’un doctorat en informatique appliquée à la gestion de la connaissance en santé soutenu en 2014, il a notamment contribué à la naissance du portail HeTOP (www.hetop.eu), mais aussi à la base de données bibliographiques LiSSa (www.lissa.fr) ou d’autres outils comme l’ECMT (ecmt.chu-rouen.fr).
En 2019, il est à l’initiative de la conception et du développement de EDSaN (edsan.chu-rouen.fr), l’Entrepôt de Données de Santé du CHU de Rouen, aujourd’hui utilisé quotidiennement pour la recherche ou le soin dans l’établissement avec, jusqu’en 2025, plus de 700 projets accompagnés.
Membre du laboratoire LITIS (EA4108), URN entre 2011 et 2018 puis du LIMICS, U1142, Sorbonne Université entre 2019 et 2024, Julien GROSJEAN est désormais membre du laboratoire AIMS. Ses thématiques de recherche sont : gestion des données massives et de la connaissance en santé, interopérabilité, application des grands modèles de langues en santé et l’application du concept « One Digital Health ». Il participe à de nombreux projets de recherche, dont en 2025 : PARTAGES, Data4Health, P4DP, ORCHIDEE ou encore le projet de formation en santé numérique SaNuRN. Julien GROSJEAN enseigne à la Faculté de Santé de l’URN et est responsable de la partie santé numérique pour toutes les filières médicales et paramédicales.
Devenu Maitre de Conférence Universitaire – Praticien Hospitalier (MCU-PH) en Santé Publique – Informatique Médicale (CNU 46-04) en 2024, il co-dirige le Département de Santé Numérique du CHU de Rouen ainsi que son Centre de Données Cliniques et coordonne le développement et l’activité de l’Entrepôt de Données de Santé. Il est également co-pilote du groupe « Données » de l’Institut Normand de Médecine de Précision et représente le CHU de Rouen dans le comité opérationnel EDS des quatre hôpitaux du G4.
